We work to get your order packed and on the way as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines before checking out.

SAME-DAY SHIPPING

Orders completed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are eligible to ship the same day.

Orders received after 2:00 PM CST will be prepared for shipment on the following business day.

Please keep weekends and holidays in mind when placing your order.

BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT

Take a moment to review your shipping address carefully. Your address must include any apartment, building, suite, or unit number needed for delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. 4 Eleven Lab is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or misdelivered due to information entered incorrectly at checkout.

AFTER YOUR ORDER SHIPS

Tracking details will be provided once your package is prepared for shipment.

Carrier tracking does not always appear immediately. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first scan or tracking movement to appear.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Most packages are delivered within approximately 3–4 business days after shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control might affect arrival times.

Once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier, 4 Eleven Lab does not control the carrier’s delivery schedule or tracking updates.

Please monitor your tracking information and make arrangements to receive your package.

4 Eleven Lab is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier that are later reported as missing or stolen.

If your tracking shows a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim or request additional delivery information.
